The Mission of the Community Nutrition Network and Senior Services Association is to:
- provide nutritious meals to isolated older adults in Cook, Grundy, and Kendall Counties either at Group-Dining sites or through our Home-Delivery program.
- motivate older adults to live active and healthy lives, improving their quality of life.
- coordinate with other community providers of senior services such as transportation, housing and health care institutions.
- build an agency in Grundy, Kendall and Cook Counties committed to the expansion of needed public service at all levels to low income older adults.
The Meals on Wheels Foundation is the fundraising, public awareness, and community outreach arm of the
Community

Community Nutrition Network is also funded in part through a grant from AgeOptions and Northeastern Illinois Area Agency on Aging under Title III-C of the Older Americans Act as administered through the Illinois Department on Aging and Federal Administration on Aging.
